THE DEEPER MEANING OF A KISS |
 |
|
|
The deeper meaning of a kiss Is more profound than feeling bliss. I can’t express the so sublime Within the limits of my rhyme.
If I use words for me to show That I appreciate you so, It is a tender form of touch To indicate I love you much.
It is a way to hold you tight, To wish you sweet dreams in the night, To tell you that I hold you dear, To stroke you though you are not near.
A song is like a poet’s kiss For his beloved, gentle Miss. The deeper meaning is quite clear, No need for explanations here.
But a real kiss with a deep sigh Means a lot more than meets the eye. It tells a truth one cannot see, Reflective of eternity.
I do not know if I should dare To kiss you on your lips so bare, So, as I’m different from most boys, I offer you a twofold choice:
Should you prefer poetic touch, I will keep you supplied with such. But if instead my lips you choose, I will rejoice and not refuse.
In fact this wonderful sensation Does not require interpretation, Although it’s more for girl and boy Than just mere earth-shattering joy.
